This is a residential home clinic. Please park on the driveway, along the side of the street or in the center of the court. Please enter from the gate to the left of the house. There will be a step leading to a door, please enter into the home through here (it will be unlocked prior to your arrival), descend the stairs to arrive to the home clinic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
